This 1,300-square-metre, nine-bedroom villa was designed from the start to be a luxury vacation home, and its modernist style and luxury amenities have made it a Caribbean landmark. The horseshoe-shaped structure allows each room to enjoy the tranquillity of the interior patio with an infinity edge pool as well as breathtaking views of the golf course and lake. The villa has everything a large family or group of friends could want for a special holiday, including a heated Jacuzzi, gym, sauna, billiard table and table tennis table.

When guests enter through the high-ceilinged main entrance, they find themselves in a spacious, sober foyer with modern, minimalist touches, while the wood panels on the main window create a warm, natural atmosphere.

The first and second floors house the nine bedrooms. Some have a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and a private Jacuzzi on the terrace, while others have two queen beds and two bunk beds and are ideal for families.

“All the finishings in the villa are of the highest quality,” say Studio Volalto’s Emanuele Natella and Vanessa Osechas, who worked on the project with Guzman Solana of Studio3 (St3). “We chose an Italian porcelain tile collection that combines wood, cement and resin effects for the interior floors and outdoor pavings. We opted for Eiche Landhaus from Novabell for the areas around the swimming pool, a wood-effect porcelain tile with a wealth of wood details that add a sense of authenticity and uniqueness to the surface. We chose the same product for the bathrooms, but combined it with Déco Cementine Mix, which reinvents the timeless beauty of late 19th century cement tiles, or with Paris Noir, which recreates the beauty of resin surfaces.”

These materials were chosen for their exceptional resistance to impact, wear, stains and the growth of mould.
