Four apartments, four distinctive styles: this is the essence of the Casaorti Design Apartments project, a renovation of four dwellings for hospitality use by the Del Fabbro Creating Lifestyle studio. Situated in the picturesque plain of Altogarda, on the edge of a valley sheltered by mountains and just a few kilometres from Lake Garda, the location offers a harmonious blend of nature and history, where nothing disrupts the serene landscape. The four apartments – Lago, Olio, Deco and Nido – take visitors on an evocative design journey amid original colour palettes, iconic objects and carefully selected floor and wall coverings.

“My goal was to achieve the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality,” explains Paola Del Fabbro, interior designer and head of administration at the studio. “I designed apartments that are not only beautiful to live in but also thoughtfully tailored to the needs of guests.” Each space is distinguished by its own aesthetic language, from structural finishes such as materials, colours and textures to carefully curated designer furnishings, all based on four distinct concepts. This new hospitality vision brings design to life in all its forms, offering guests not just a memorable stay but also fresh inspiration for their own interiors.

Originality and creative spirit are especially evident in the wall coverings, personally selected by Del Fabbro from various Fioranese collections. “I appreciate the brand for its originality and versatility, for its ability to inspire diverse lifestyles while maintaining a cohesive design vision,” she explains.

In the Lago apartment, the designer selected the Riggiole collection for its traditional aesthetic, beautifully complementing the floating effect of the furnishings. In the Olio and Deco apartments, she opted for the Schegge line, which she used in two different ways: in Deco, vibrant tones and textured surfaces create a dynamic, energetic atmosphere, while in Olio, the same graphics take on a modern, natural feel. For Nido, the designer chose Kintsugi in soft, concrete effect tones, enhanced by metallic accents that add brightness to the space. This approach aligns with Fioranese’s organic vision, reflected in a production process that minimises environmental impact by incorporating recycled raw materials and reducing energy and water consumption, thereby contributing to LEED® certification.

The four apartments are further personalised with carefully curated furnishings. Lago is entirely dedicated to the Lago brand, paired with Flos lighting. Deco and Olio embrace a fusion style, featuring furniture from Kartell, Pianca and De Rosso, wallpaper from London Art and metal furnishings from Fantin. The most exclusive apartment, Nido, features a Modulnova kitchen, a Baxter sofa, wooden furnishings from Riva1920 and a Hästens bed. The majority of the electrical appliances are from Miele and Bora.
